Effective implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) at Kwality Balls Pvt Ltd includes Process Mapping, Process Improvement, Process Simplification, SPC, Mistake Proofing (Poka Yoke), DFMEA as well as DOE using Quality 7 Core tools enhancing the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) adding active participation of employees through quality circles, suggestion schemes, training and development.
